Most of the warehouse rack columns are deformed by collisions due to the use of pushers by non-designated personnel. In addition, it is recommended that the rack beams be customized in yellow to facilitate identification by pusher operators.

Most of the columns in the aisles and corners that are easily damaged in heavy-duty racks are usually deformed by forklifts. Rack suppliers provide matching anti-collision columns according to different racks, aisle widths and transportation tools. Anti-collision guardrails should be installed at the channel position.
