1. The post / column protections:
We have steel material or plastic existed mold styles.
For the steel post protection, we have U-shape or L-shape,especially designed to suit your post or columns, height usually 300mm, and the steel thickness usually 3.0mm thick.
The color is orange or yellow, we can also tailor made the size and color according to your specific need.
2. The steel or plastic row protections & crash barriers:
The width and height can be tailor made too, the width is usually W900~W2300mm, the height usually H600mm, the round pipes is φ76*2.0mm thick.
3. The pallet support bars:
In case of the pallets falling down from the beams, we can consider to include pallet support bars between the two beams so the pallets are safe to be stored, it can greatly help to increase the storage capacity, and to make the whole system more safe and steady.
4. The wire mesh decks:
It is very popular & widely used in the warehouse racking systems, it can help to store small items and large items or even the pallets, the size and wire diameters are custom made according to the beams and the max weight loading capacity,the surface finish is cold galvanized.
5. The rear pallet stoppers:
The rear pallet stoppers can help to prevent the pallets falling out,it is usually to be installed at the back part of the racks.
6. The passageway support bars:
Some clients will consider about the earthquake requirements, the support bars will be installed between the two row of racks, so the whole system will be connected together.
7. The beam connectors:
We have wide range of beam connectors, both Dexion or Tear Drop style,usually to be supplied to the abroad direct manufacturers in black pieces, so that they could process in their own plant.
8. The back meshes:
The back meshs are with close mesh grid and stury steel, they are installed at back side of the racks so can prevent goods falling down, we have various styles too, flat meshes or even meshes in the center, the 4-sides with steel pipes, can tailor made too.
9. The the base plates:
We have various base plates,our client usually choose the bolted plate or the welding together structure, we can custom made according to your specific need too, supply with black pieces or powder coated ones.
10. The upright connector:
They are used where two posts connected together so as to reach the height they want.
11. Row spacers:
The row spacers can help to connect the two rows of racks together.
12. The smooth steel planks:
They are supplied to the mezzanine floor racks or the platform, weight capacity is usually from 250kg to 500kg per square meter, the specs usually 200*40*2.0mm thick,we can also supply 250*40*2.0 or 2.5mm thick, we also supply the the open steel planks, which is ventilated design.
13. The solid steel shelving plates:
It is widely used in the racking systems too, we supply powder coated or even galvanized treatment, if the price cost is high considered the whole system, you can consider to include with polywoods which will be sourced at local markets.
