Spieth Storage Industrial Push Rack Racking System
Push back racking (also referred to as pushback racking) is a pallet storage method that allows pallets to be stored from 2 to 6 deep on either side of an aisle, giving you higher storage density than other forms of racking.
Push-back racks follow the FILO principle. The forklift can access the pallets at all heights in all aisles without having to enter the shelf and on the aisle. This helps reduce material damage.
1. Industrial Push rack system have the following characteristics:
• Suitable for warehouses with a high unit cost per warehouse area, such as cold storage.
• Can provide 20% -30% pickability.
• Both safety and operating efficiency are higher than drive-in shelves (through shelves).
• Compared with ordinary shelves, it can improve the usage rate of about 60% on the ground.
• Only need to set forward forklift or counterweight forklift can be used, and the forklift operation requirements are lower than drive-in (through type).
2. Industrial Push rack system advantage
The picking surface is always in a palletized state.
The forklift is always outside the rack, providing a good low-loss environment.
High-density, fast access, but following the principle of first-in-first-out (FILO).
Universal handling equipment can be used.
Because of the use of a trolley, the quality of the pallet is not high.
